With a continuous presence in yacht construction projects since 2012, we have developed extensive expertise within the yachting industry. Over the years, we have been actively involved in both new-build and refit projects, undertaking assignments in Greece and internationally.

Our role is tailored to the specific requirements of each project, having successfully represented Owners, Shipyards, and Main Outfitting Contractors. This broad range of experience allows us to understand the objectives and challenges of all stakeholders, contributing effectively to the successful delivery of complex yacht construction projects.

Our core services include Project Management, Project Controls, Technical Inspections during the Design and Construction Phases, Site Coordination, and Interface Management. Through these services, we ensure effective communication, efficient project execution, quality assurance, and the timely achievement of project objectives.
