Who we are

NicolasDiapoulis & Partners is an architectural studio based in Athens, specializing in yacht design, development, and project management.

Founded by architect Nicolas Diapoulis, the studio is built upon years of continuous experience in the yachting industry, with involvement in both new-build and refit projects for luxury yachts.

Throughout his professional career, Nicolas has successfully represented all key stakeholders of a yacht construction project as a Project Manager — including yacht owners, shipyards, and outfitting contractors. His participation in projects delivered at some of Europe’s leading shipyards, such as Amels, Oceanco, and CRN, has provided him with extensive technical expertise and a comprehensive understanding of both yacht design and project management.

After more than 15 years of experience in the industry, he established NicolasDiapoulis & Partners in 2024 with the vision of delivering tailored solutions in Interior Design, Exterior Design, and Project Management. This diverse background enables the studio to understand the objectives and challenges of all stakeholders, contributing effectively to the successful delivery of complex yacht construction and refit projects.
